*Liability Waiver

I understand that I am voluntarily participating and assume all responsibility for my setup, inventory, and equipment. I release Call It Magic LLC, its team, and affiliates from any liability related to loss, theft, or damage.

*Content + Media Release

I grant Call It Magic LLC permission to capture and use images/videos of my setup, products, branding materials, and interactions at the shoot for use in commercial marketing and promotional efforts. I acknowledge that I will receive content in return and that Call It Magic LLC is not responsible for final edits from participating photographers unless otherwise stated.

 I understand that by confirming my participation as a vendor, I am committing to show up and fulfill my role for the duration of the styled shoot.

I acknowledge that my absence or late cancellation may impact the overall success of the event and other collaborators. Should an emergency arise, I agree to notify the event organizer as soon as possible. Failure to communicate or follow through may affect future opportunities to participate in Call It Magic Productions events.
